Wheatley Hill Church

Coming off the A181 down through the village to the junction, turning right and further on passing a few shops, turning right again. And then straight ahead through the gates...

Situated in its own grounds is Greenhill's centre. (Once the wellfare hall)
This centre offers to the public during the week various activities, even a cafe area.

Wheatly Hill Methodist and Village Church, decided to go for the decision to leave their building and worship in the community centre known as Green hills today.

This decision was a hard one, but relevant as the upkeep of the building outweighed its finances. Choosing this place to worship kept the Church centre to the community, as the building is used for many functions serving the people as well as staying as a family Church unit. We meet in an upstairs room with plenty of space. looking out from the room windows has a scenery that overlooks fields and trees setting a beautiful tranquil atmosphere for quiet prayer and worship.
